Sunday Night Preview

Sunday Night Preview:

Tennessee Titans @ Green Bay Packers

Vegas Odds:

GB -3, O/U 54

*Rankings below are the FantasyHolic’s staff expert weekly ranks

-Aaron Rodgers (QB #2)- Historically efficient season (40 TD/4 INT) even for his standards. Plus matchup with the Titans giving up the 6th most QB points.

-Ryan Tannehill (QB #10)- Also having a monster year via air (31 TD/5 INT) and ground (4 TD). However the Packers have been a top 5 unit against QBs and we know that they’d prefer to run the ball and play keep away from Rodgers if game script allows.

Running Backs:

-Derrick Henry (RB #1)- Comfortably leading the league in rushing and tied leader with 15 ground scores. Has been on fire and faces a generous bottom 5 run D.

-Aaron Jones (RB #3)- Outside of missing a few games he’s carried your team almost as much as Henry. Titans also a bottom 10 run D plus Jamaal Williams being doubtful should boost his already heavy usage.

-Jamaal Williams(outside our top 40)- Unlikely to play and already limited opportunities when healthy.

-AJ Dillon (outside our top 40)- Has a chance to prove he’s the #2 back. The team wants to see they have for the future. Could punch in a goal line carry.

-Darrynton Evans (outside our top 40)- The rookie showed why he was given back the #2 duties immediately last week, returning from injury to turn 10 touches into 57 yards and a score. No stand alone value expected this week.

Wide Receivers:

-Davante Adams- Coming off of his worst game since Week 2 but still got 10 targets. Tennessee giving up the 3rd most WR points. A WR1 as always.

-AJ Brown- A top 10 NFL talent. Always is a must start but hasn’t gotten double digits targets all season. GB secondary has been strong all season. Borderline WR1/2 this week.

-Corey Davis- Leads the team in catches and yards. Keep him in even in this tough matchup. A solid WR2.

-Allen Lazard- He’s finally playing more snaps but has yet to do much since returning from injury. His 166 yards and 1 TD in the past 5 games prove he’s a low floor/low ceiling option. A decent WR4.

-Marquez Valdes-Scantling- No catches in 3 of the last 4. The one game in between was over 20 PPR points. Compared to Lazard he is more of a zero floor/high ceiling blind folded side armed dart throw. Borderline WR4/5.

Tight Ends:

-Robert Tonyan (TE #7)- 5 straight games with a touchdown. Also hasn’t had more than 5 targets in a game since Week 8. Still have to trust him at this point.

-Anthony Firkser (outside our top 20)- Targets the last 4 games: 1,7,1,1. It’s not pretty but it’s what they’ve got.
