Week 3 Start/Sit

 Week 3 Start / Sit - #Primetime Royalty

QB

Start: Josh Allen (BUF) vs. LA Rams - The addition of Stefon Diggs has opened up this Bills offense, and Josh Allen is THRIVING. In the past 2 games, Allen has thrown for a league leading 729 passing yards and thrown 6 TD with 0 Interceptions. He’s also run for 1 score on the ground. He is a MUST start.

Sit: Carson Wentz (PHI) vs. Cincinnati Bengals - OOF. The offensive line in Philly is just that. Offensive. Carson Wentz has been sacked 8 times in the past 2 weeks, while only passing for 270 yards and 2 TD, also throwing 2 interceptions. At this point,I don’t trust Wentz to stay upright and healthy, let alone trust him having a big day passing, with yet another one of his receivers landing on the injured list. (Reagor)

RB

Start: Miles Sanders (PHI) vs. Cincinnati Bengals- Sanderslooked fully healthy in Week 2 and had a good day against a pretty tough defense. He should see another day of heavy use on Sunday.

Start: Joshua Kelley (LAC) vs. Carolina Panthers - Good FLEX play here with seemingly steady work headed his way, and a great matchup against a terrible Panthers run defense.

Sit: David Johnson (HOU) @ Pittsburgh Steelers - The Texans O – Line has been porous, and this week, they line up against a VERY GOOD Steelers run defense. I’ll PASS.

Sit: Ronald Jones II (TB) @ Denver Broncos – Despite finding the endzone in week 2, Fournette has been the much more productive back, and is being handed a majority of the touches out of the backfield.

WR

Start: Calvin Ridley (ATL) vs. Chicago Bears Last week was no fluke. Ridley is going to continue to have a HUGE role in this offense all year. START HIM.

Start: Corey Davis (TEN) @ Minnesota Vikings – Davis is finally putting it all together. He seems to be Tannehill’s favorite option downfield, even before the injury to AJ Brown, and is making the most of his opportunities. Good Flex play.

Sit: Will Fuller (HOU) @ Pittsburgh Steelers – Seeing Fuller pull up and grab his hamstring last week made my stomach turn. The guy has TONS of potential, but has just as much issue with his hamstrings. Right now, I don’t trust him to make it through a full game. He also has a terrible matchup against a strong Steelers

TE

Start: Jonnu Smith (TEN) @ Minnesota Vikings – For those of you who drafted Jonnu late, or were able to pick him up off waivers, congrats. Over the past 2 weeks, Jonnu Smith has 8 catches for 120 yards and 3 TD. He is a much start TE 1, regardless of the matchup.

Sit: Noah Fant (DEN) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fant has been a productive option at tight end this year. However, losing your starting quarterback HURTS. Unsure of the chemistry between Fant and the qb (Driskell or Bortles) as well as having a tough matchup against one of the league’s best LB groups, I pass this week.
